Affiliations

Horizon was affiliated with Local Union #767 for ten (10) years. We enjoyed an amicable partnership with the past Business Agent and were able to remain competitive in the Sacramento area. In fact, at one time we were the oldest union shop "in business" in Sacramento. In 1998 the Business Agent changed and Local Union #767 sold out to the Bay Area bosses who forced less benefits and higher costs into Sacramento's market.

Our glaziers were unhappy with the new Union management and 100% of our member employees decided to withdraw from the Union. Horizon took the queue and elected not to re-sign with Local 767.

Providing a safe workplace, a complete employment package, with start to finish journeyman training, has built an unsurpassed loyal team of skilled glaziers under Horizon's roof!
